Jennifer Sipots

Jennifer Sipots is the Clinical Manager of the Neuropathy and Pain Centers of Las Vegas, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in both clinical and administrative healthcare leadership. With a strong background in multi-specialty medicine, Jennifer is known for her operational expertise, patient-centered approach, and ability to lead high-performing medical teams.

Jennifer began her healthcare career after graduating from National Education Center – Bryman College in 1994. She went on to work at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she spent four years as a Lead Medical Assistant in Cardiology and Internal Medicine, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment.

She later transitioned into private practice in West Hills, California, where she served as an Office Manager for seven years in a multi-specialty practice including Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and ENT. In this role, she managed a team of seven staff members and oversaw both front- and back-office operations, strengthening her leadership and administrative skills.

Jennifer was then recruited by the Motion Picture & Television Fund, where she worked for five years as a Lead Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. She initially began in the laboratory as a phlebotomist before advancing into a lead clinical role for four years. During her tenure, she supported a wide range of specialties including Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, GYN, Rheumatology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Allergy, ENT, Palliative Care, Family Practice, and Urgent Care. Her role concluded following a large-scale organizational layoff and merger with UCLA.

Born and raised in Hollywood, California, Jennifer relocated to Las Vegas in March 2015 to ensure her children and grandchildren could live close to one another. She has worked closely with Dr. Odell since August 2018 and continues to apply her deep clinical knowledge and leadership experience to improving patient care and clinic operations.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, going to the beach, ice skating, and exploring new restaurants.
