Donice Brown

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Donice Brown is an experienced healthcare professional and the Practice Manager at Neuropathy & Pain Centers of Las Vegas. With a strong background in both clinical and administrative healthcare, she is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients throughout the Las Vegas community. She is also the proud parent of four adult children.

After 15 years as a preschool teacher, Donice was inspired to transition into the medical field following a personal family experience. She pursued her education at Kaplan College, where she completed her Medical Assistant training and graduated at the top of her class.

Her medical career includes four years at Concentra, where she advanced into the role of Back Office Lead. She later spent five years at Las Vegas Skin and Cancer as a Medical Assistant and Back Office Lead and gained additional experience working in plastic surgery. These roles provided her with extensive hands-on experience in patient care, clinical workflows, and team leadership.

In February 2020, Donice joined Neuropathy & Pain Centers of Las Vegas at the front desk. Through her dedication, leadership, and comprehensive understanding of practice operations, she advanced into the role of Practice Manager. Today, she oversees daily operations, supports clinical staff, and ensures that every patient receives efficient, professional, and compassionate care aligned with the mission of Neuropathy & Pain Centers of Las Vegas. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and listening to music. She is also the proud parent of four adult children.
